Hello here is a site im working on.
http://www.europartsexpress.com It still has a long way to go. There are still a few problems with the style sheet that I haven't been able to figure out. This one bugs me the most.

and the 800x600 issue where I cant use the right blocks.

Check you're theme configuration concerning the 800x600 and right block issue.
For a fixed width-setup the dimensions of the left, center and right blocks should be defined in the theme. Also the right block should be available in the theme.

The bug is probably a template issue of the Downloads module.

1. You might want to ask a moderator to remove the PHPSESSID from that link, ... search the forums on PHPSESSID and you will see why. :)

2. For some reason on this computer, because I still have an old dialup in the network connections, if I visit a website that has links that are not found (404 errors), the dialup dialoge pops up, and it did with your site. Don't know if it is related to your problem, but it might be worth looking in your web server logs, so see what cauased the 404.
