How do you see which users are assigned to which group?

I have a site that has certain things available to a certain group.

i.e. Registered users have access to some content, "members" have access to more content.

I have a site with a little over 600 members and without having to go through each account, is there a way that I can see which users are assigned to which groups?

perhaps using phpmyadmin?

In Groups Admin when you are lookng at the group, scroll down to the bottom, you'll see the box for it.
