Without having access to server side IP is there a module or way in a module to find someones IP that keeps registering to get in and spam on the XOOPS site?

Don't know how much either of these will help, but the XM Membership module allows you to see the IP address of whoever is online. It may help a bit:

The statistics module will also let the administrator view a user's ip.

Also, if the person in question has made posts on your message board, and you're using the newbb module, you can set the module to display ip addresses. It will only be visible to moderators and webmasters.

I installed the statistics and can see in the admin where to look so now it's just a point of them coming back and doing it again to see the IP.
