Hi all

I'm a new XOOPs user, after install XOOPS 2.0.13.2 and a lot of modules I find a trouble with pop-ups.

Avatars, smilies, who's on line, xmmemberstats, etc... the pop-ups show no data.

Please, what can I do?

Try going to administration/system/modules. Then update the system module by clicking on the appropriate icon to the right of the module. Go back to your XOOPS front page refresh the page and see if things work then.

Hi Quest

Thx for your help.

I followed the steps you said, but nothing changed. :(

XOOPS calls to misc.php the window pop-ups but no info appears, nor the "close" buttom.

Do you thing some installed module could change any *.php file ???

If so I'll try to overwrite with the original one as a possible solution.

Did you uninstall the module before deleting it from the FTP? I have found, you should deactivate the module, then uninstall it, then go ahead and delete it if you need to with ftp. If you don't uninstall it then the database tables are still in the database too.
Nnneeeeeway.... Try going into the administration/system/modules and update the system by clicking on the update icon next to the system module.

The only thing you can do is to delete the database tables directly from your mySQL.

I once had the same problem as you.

1. Re-upload the modules through ftp.

2. Uninstall them correctly through the XOOPS modules admin.

3. Delete the module files from your server.

That way you will uninstall it correctly, and not leave any stray records in your database.
