Hi, does anyone know which modules are used in that template/ edited template?

I mean that one. In that file there is one folder called HTML_With_Flash_PSD and there is a really nice edited template. But i think i cant use, so i have to edit the theme myself.
And i need exactly that one, because i am doing a review site about music (you can compare it to rollingstone.com). But i dont know which modules i need or how to configure because im a real noob in xoops. I know how to uplade and how to install and how to start but not how to make it look like that :/
