I would think that xHelp would integrate better with the registered user list. xHelp is great. Is there a way to make every registered user be part of the staff list by default?
Did I just miss the way to set that up?

Nope, sorry...by default everyone is a user, but not a staff member. You must go in and add your staff members manually.
