Problem with "Who's Online" Block

Hi, my problem with this block is when i click in "more" where open a new window and show info about the people who is online, the new windows shows nothing and it's still blank.

I had similar problems one time. I hadn't installed the extended profiles module, at least I think that is what it was... Because after I did install the extended modules, emptied the template_c directory and updated the system it worked.
