I would like to optimize my site,http://www.smartsoftware.org. Both the look of the site and the features, please.

I have a whole lot of articles, and would like to have them organized in a smart way.

Also, any help in finding a good download-module (one that would allow me to batch-upload through ftp, and then to change name and category in a simple way) and all other good modules for usability and search engine-optimizing would be highly appreciated!
