if you have deleted your newbb forum module and install whole new cbb 3.0

and you get this error what you do?

Table 'xoops_bb_categories' already exists

Unable to install newbb. Error(s):

how can you clean or edit to make it work.

i made little mistake and i upload cbb3 and overwrite on old newbb thing and my whole forum module got F'ed.

how to fix this problem?

You can go to the modules administration and update the forum module.

But, before you do that, an important question is : what version of XOOPS are you using? And what forum module where you using?

well i have xoop version 2.0.13 some.

and i first tried to update my forum by just adding the cbb V3 but than all codes got messed up so i deleted whole newbb module and clean up the site. now i have uploaded the CBB V.3 and i got that error.

You need to delete the table from the database. If you have phpmyadmin, this is a relatively easy process.
