XMLine not updating RSS feeds

Need some help here. Does the XMLine module update the RSS feeds every 60 minutes as is the default when you add a listing or is there something I need to do to get it to update? I read mention of cron jobs but the module itself has a setting for when it should fetch so I am confused.

The XMLine module version is 1.03

My system is set up as follows:

-Windows 2000
-Apache 1.3.33
-PHP 4.4.1
-MySQL 4.1.14
-Xoops 2.2.4

Well since this didn't get answered I went on a hunt for something like cron that would run on Windows. What I found was Visual Cronhttp://www.visualcron.com/ This let me do exactly what I needed to get XMLine to update the RSS feeds when I choose.

Sorry I won't be much help, but I am using this and I believe that it should update automatically, though I'm not sure that mine does on all implementations. You should go to the dev's site at:

www.xoopsforge.com

They are VERY helpful and committed to their modules.
