First let me say welcome to XOOPS and the community. archik100 what modules have you installed in your XOOPS site and what kindo of pages do you want to add to your site?

Well, I have system, tiny content, content, extended profiles and pm.

Ok, the content modules will allow you to upload and wrap static html pages. You need to create a category for the pages first then assign permissions in the module admin. After that you should be able to upload html pages.

For content that your users type using XOOPS defualt text editor (or one you install) you will need to install one of these modules.
