Hi,
I installed XOOPS without any problem with free mods i.e(content, xdirectory etc.) as well. I logged off.

Now when i try to access admin.php it gives the following error

"You don't have the right to access this area
If the page does not automatically reload, please click here"

So logged in using user.php. Now the only problem is that the modules blocks are not displaying on front page except "pm" and "profile" comes default with XOOPS pack.

any help in this regards would be appreciated.

You'll probably get better help with a lttile more information.

What version of XOOPS, server enviroment, modules installed, etc.

You need to be loged as someone wih admin rights to have access to admin part of CMS. And that is good, otherwise everyone will be able to manage YOUR site

As of the other thing, did you set the permisions in admin --> groups?
..

stefan88! Thanks for pointing out. It's working fine after i've set the groups permissions accordingly.
