XCGalley was working fine, but right before we launched... it started giving me

"Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload pictures. If the page does not automatically reload, please click here"

then sometimes it says I do not have the permissions! for any and all users...

please i am deparate for help... the site is live and I havent slept for too long...
