I have just had some help installing XOOPS 2.0.13.2 for a friend of mine and he loves the look of the DEFAULT theme with 2.0.13.2.... but he is asking me to change the BLUE BANNER at the top which has the logo.gif and the javascript XOOPS ad.. is there anyway of getting rid of this and adding my own complete banner for him....??

xoops faq could help you.. left column on this site.. see theme sections..

theme.html and CSS is all you need to look at.
