Custom Blocks not working

i am trying to add a custom block to my site but its does not appear only the topic is visible , i made it visible and set to all frontsidepages and visible to all groups , only the topics appear even if includes html tag or just a sentence , please help , it was working yesterday :(

what block type did you select for these blocks? WHat exactly is the block contents? Do you get any debug info when you turn on blocks/marty debug?

ok the problem is solved i update the system module from admin screen and it solved , thank you very much...
