Hello,
does anyone know how to add screenshots to your links in the links module. I add my link and give the correct path to the shots folder etc where my image is then when i go to home then to links to check it, it takes up the whole page and the pixels are blown out of proportion? my screenshot is 160x84. and its jpg. does XOOPS only take a certain type of image or certain size of image?

It's not xoops, its your links module that accepts those images. There is no way that links module is blowing up that image. Check that image size once more.

im going to try to change it to gif and see what happens wish me luck.

nope! that didnt work

here is where i fill out the link info in the module. everything looks fine to me but when i push submit you get that blown up page i showed on my previous message.

there's your problem..

width="20000", check the template or the viewcat.php file and search for that value..

or can u define the shot width in the preferences for the module.. maybe check there..

you were right, it was in the preferences in the module. see here:

I guess it should not say maximum width allowed,it should read instead, (your image width).
