Hi Everyone

I'm looking either for a module or would like to suggest a form builder tool that you can use to create forms then users can fill them out online and then once they have been filled out you can either store them in some kind of document management area or have them emailed. It would need the usual permission based features only allow certain users to view, edit, create and store forms.

I have found a company which offers this kind of software but you have to buy their whole intranet package which cost $6000 US.

Does anybody know of such a module in XOOPS?

Does anybody know a module similar to Liaise:

http://www.brandycoke.com/products/liaise/

But with the ability to allow different users to create forms and also to allow the forums to be sent in a different format then just a plan text email.

Something like:

MS Word
or
PDF

Any ideas for some kind of form builder?

You can download Formulaire, 3.23 is the last version.

But it doesn't seem any real different from Liaise.

Emails in a better format.

The following doesn't seem to work in the newest edition of XOOPS is their fixed for these problems:

Blocks and groups menu in admin when clicked on it doesn't display anything.

The ability to export/email forms once filled out to MS word or PDF format.

The ability to create folders so that different users can store forms their and also so that certain people can view, edit and create.

Are these features available?
