xoops 2.09

I would like to use Formulaire, but it requires that: "xoops must be configured to send mails"

How do I do this?

OK. Let me ask it this way:
1. Are mail capabilities enabled in XOOPS by default?

You can change the option under the general properties to use sendmail or php mail.

This option is on by default.
