Hi,
I've just installed the forum module. It displays a link called "CBB" into my main page, and also in the profile page of my users (in the part where it talks about posted topics). I would like to change this Cbb in the main page into something else. I would like to change the "Cbb" string into profiles, too. How can i do this? Thanks!

go into your admin panel

go to modules

change cbb to forums or whatever

hit submit

yes..as Biteronboard states: Go to your admin panel and then to your modules. You will see this list of the various modules. By simply renaming the "CBB" module to "kikkorm news" (or something like) for example, and then confirming the change, this will change the name of it on your main page as well!
