I just installed XOOPS and when I was looking at the modules I notice that there wasn't an option for a new module.

Also, I already have a phpBB forum and was wondering if it was possible to transfer everything to the XOOPS forum, or will I have to start all over again.
Thank you.

Hi Ted,

To answer your first question, XOOPS comes with a standard set of modules with it's installation and does not have a feature to randomly and automatically create new modules for you.

You will need to visit the Module Repository on this website and download what you would like to use, unzip the folder and then upload the module's folder onto your server and then from there, install the module from your Module Administration Panel inside your XOOPS website.

As for the second question, I'm not sure. Hopefully someone will be able to answer that for you.

You can use this script for migration users and posts phpbb to XOOPS and Cbb module forum.

Best regards
