Hi,
I would like to know how can I save code for block.
For example I want to edit block whos online, from admin panel I press edit, and then a menu shows uo. The I press edit template, there is a code, I make some changes, but there is only view, no save anny ideas???

Yes, You cannot edit the default template set by default. On that same page you will see an option to clone the template set. Once cloned you can edit the templates. Go to Preferences - General Settings to set the clone as your template set to use.
