And line 3 of db:system_block_comments.html is:

More data...
Use recovery.php of version 2.2.3 to enter my XOOPS that he is 2.0.13.2 and thus could enter to the administration.
Activate the update of archives of templates from preferences and also put in default theme and templateset.

The error continues

Change of name to the folder templates_c and create a new folder. In that folder it copies the archives generated by a new installation of xoops. XOOPS change the archives that I had copied and put others but with date of creation of Octuber 18, 2005. That is the date of last backup that I did.

The error continues

When attempt to modify the permissions in some archives of templates_c from the FTP indicates the following error to me

SITE chmod 777 db%3Asystem_block_comments.html
550 Could not change perms on db%3Asystem_block_comments.html: Bad file descriptor

Please help me.

xoops 2.0.13.2 doesn't have recovery.php, i doubt it would work properly if you tried it..

try changing folder permissions using your cpanel file manager instead of ftp.

I also had the doubt but after trying it permitio to enter to me.

Once entrance and surely created the suitable cookie I put directamete in browser the direction of the administration and thus I could enter.

The archives and the folder templates_c have suitable permissions (777) but if attempt to change them before reports the indicated error to me. And from cpanel it reports the same error to me.
