thats 1 screwed up theme..

which theme is it? even the source of the page is hard to follow..

uppercase tags should not be used either..

actually, i converted this template into a xoops' theme, but i get this error, while in not maximized mode i dont get it, why?

I haven't looked at your code yet, but I can see that some sections of your theme expand to the full width of the browser, while other sections of the theme are contrained to 800ish pixes and are centered in the browser. Because you are using images as part of the theme, the sections are pulling apart and showing the background color (white) while the various sections get pulled apart.

You basically need to adjust your tables so that they are confined to whatever width you want and they don't stretch out. It is probably an easy fix, but you should post your theme.html code so that it's easier to tell you the necessary changes.
