how to extend length of the title?

I´m using news2 but the length of the title has a limit, in where I can change that so that the title accepts more characters.

You have to go into Block Administration and edit the headlines block.

I speak of the title of each news in index (/modules/news2/index.php)
no the one that is in the blocks
