hi,

i have made my website, using a few tutorials. now the mainfile, which is the homepage (if i'm correct) can be found under http://www.mysite.com/html since XOOPS places the mainfile in that directory.

what do i have to do to access my websit through http://www.mysite.com?

placing the mainfile.php in the root doesn't do the trick

thanks for any help

You have to put all your files in your root (basically remove the html/ bit), and modify your mainfile.php file to fit the new path.

Or make a file called index.php

index.php

header("Location: /html/");

?>

If you don't want all your files in your root.
You can always rename the html folder to anything you want prior to install, or change the mainfile.php after install.
