Is there a hack or something that I can apply so only registered users are allowed to vote, but everyone else can view the results?

ya its in polls module preferences.

Oh, sorry for my blindness :/ Election mode, yes.

Too bad I can't show results while only registered users can vote :( This way it's one or the other.

Well it should include a block that would allow you to display the most recent poll results. then you just make that block visible to all

There's only 1 block for Xoopspoll and that's for voting and viewing results at the same time but since election mode forbids viewing results before the poll expires it isn't possible.
