Doesn't look too difficult, but obviously some of the things in your template will not be achieveable.
Check your PM :)

I see all as implementable... in theme... changed modules and templates is another story...

No, I don't want create this theme, but give ideas, if it will be needed, or code

i agree, it can be ported without losing any features...

but it gonna be a lot of work
