Menu Links, and block content, please help

Hi, i need some help for this :
1)I' able to add links to the default menu XOOPS give me on the left, but, how can i set the destination for these links?

2) How do i arrange some blocks of content in the middle one linking to the other ? I'm looking for a tutorial but i could not find anything.

download the content module. install it. go into blocks admin and get rid of "main menu" replace with "site menu" Now whenever you want to add custom content to your nav bar you just go to modules, content, add content. Pretty self explantory from there.
