Hello,

I have a user whose activation email is getting eaten by his spam software (we suspect).

Is there some way for me to either activate hsi account myself, or to edit his account details so when I resend the email it will go to a different account? All I can see to do in the inactive users page is to send an email to him.

Thanks!

Jon

In your admin section go to Modules-->Extended Profiles-->Users.

Use the "List" link to find the user you want to edit.

If it doesn't work, make sure that you have the right to edit users under Users-->Groups. For some weird reason, the webmaster isn't automatically granted permission to edit users.

I'm having similar problem as jon has described, but I have given myself all the group permissions and yet cannot select anny users to be able to edit them. The webmaster is the one active user and there are two inactive users I want to activate. No users appear on the 'List' link, not even the active webmaster.

I can see the usernames of the inactive users in 'Find Users' but when clicking on the name I get 'no user selected'
