The URL (http://themes.xoops2.ru/modules/rss/rss.php) of your feed was not accessible from both the admin panel of xhld installed on my site and Google. What seems to be the problem?

I'd already asked that guy in his native laguage about the encoding issue of the module before I came here for a help. I even asked him whether he could solve this issue on condition that I would pay for the job. Unfortunately, the last thing he said was that he did not feel like taking a kind of job that he thought could be done within a few minutes. Then, he left a code which didn't work at all. I don't know what the fu%& is his problem with taking the small job if it was truely completed within in a minutes as he stated. There is nothing to lose on his side. If it it was, it would be the couple of minutes. He could even have made some money out of it. The module, xhld works for English and Japanese, but not for other forein languages like Russian. I've decided not to use that kind of module with that issue.

I work with Japanese and English on my site.

I'd recommend using UTF-8 for everything.

It makes encoding issues much easier as international character sets are supported.

There's still the odd issue but everything is solvable.

hope you find a solution.
