I noticed this when I upgraded to 2.2 from 2.1 or 2.0.x. At the time, I figured it was a bug related to the early release of 2.2. Now i believe I have upgraded to 2.2.3 (at least it said it went fine). . but 2.2 or 2.2.3 still doesn't show up in the footer on my pages or in the admin section system module. I ran the update script and also updated the system module.

Is this just a template problem? How can I tell if the upgrade took?

the footer is defined in XOOPS admin under misc settings (meta data and footers) i think.. so that's something you can change as its stored in the db.

in admin i think it should show proper..

but check that all the files were copied correctly..

include/version.php if you open in an editor should tell you the XOOPS version.

Thanks. I was able to change it manually. For some reason, I thought it updated automatically. . .I checked version.php and it is indeed 2.2.3. .
