what changes would need to be done to convert a module that only works on 2.2.3 to work on 2.0.13.2 ?

Depends on the features of 2.2.3 the module uses.

Which module do you have in mind?

the module i have in mind is a brand new one from xoopsforge.com, the module is called Planet constant ver.1.01
