Hi all,

I seem to have lost my Who's Online. The block is still there as I can see the block title, but it's empty. It was functioning fine for the last couple of weeks.

my site

TIA

Go to your DB sql (use phpmyadmin) and look for the table: yourprefix_online
I am sure it will say 'in use' (or something like that). Empty this table and the block will function again.
This is a familiar 'bug' which can occur sometimes.

Thanks for the response. However, that didn't seem to do anything. *shrug*

I couldn't actually see anything there that said 'in use' or similar. But I went ahead and emptied the table.

I think if you update the system module in the modules administration page, the block template will be reinserted.

Hi,

Yep, I'm using a custom template. Everything else seems fine.

I had a look for that html page but don't seem to have one. I'm sure what you're saying - should I create such a page and insert that code?

I'm using XOOPS 2.2.3

thanks
