okay that worked. which columns should not be in the xoops_users?

it worked? xoops_user_profile now has all 2000+ rows?

If so, then we'll need to remove the columns that are now in xoops_user_profile:

check with admin -> find users that all are found

Find Users
(Active Users: 2402 Inactive Users: 572)

That's what admin->find users reports. It looks like its working now.

My only other installation problem that I've ran into is my user menu block not displaying. Do you have time to assist with that one too?

It exists and is set visible and accessible to registered users?

Does it show up in MySQL/Blocks debug window?

Yes, it it exists in the admin panel. Its set to show on the left hand column, and the groups have it turned on for registered, webmaster, and a custom group I have set.

The block doesn't show up in the debug:

Are you sure you've set it to be visible on all pages? Or just the page in question.

Its set to go to the left side on all frontside pages.

I was, earlier, having similar issues with other blocks that were on the right side, but found that setting them to another value and then back to the value I wanted worked. That isn't working for this block, unfortunately.

edit: in the database, under the options field, it has this: a:0:{}
