By the way, if you literally want to have something similar to the site (not just the way the blocks are displayed), the site uses the Blue Lagoon theme available here in the Themes Library.

Checked. It appears as dropdown box that I must select the article from then press go to show it. It does not appear as I want it a welcome(custom block), below it, main article, below it, 4 articles in two columns. Thanks for your help gestroud.
