There is definately something strange going on with translation within view event.php.

The overal Dutch translation is ok. Months are translated correctly. They also show up correctly on all kinds of views with the exception of: event.php view.
Here there is something strange happening with several month translations at 'start event' and 'end event'.

september gives me: septtember
juni and juli gives me: junii and julii

I don't know if there are more months to which this strange behavior happens.
I've ran through the files but I cannot find where and how to correct this bug. Where in the world fetches 'start event' and 'end event' its translation from within the event.php, (view event) so this can be corrected?

Also I am curious if this also happens with other translations.

Grtz., Shine

Shine, as you know I am having the same problem (also Dutch language) and also searched every corner of the module and XOOPS but cannot find it.

So if anyone knows a solution, it would be appreciated!

According to Zoulou (its developer) the translation for:
extcal_event.html
<{$event.start}>
<{
$event.end}>

is called up by: language/your_language/calendar.php
I can assure this isn't the fact.

What I did to prove it:

Some visible example on a test XOOPS (2.0.13.1).
On the url's:
Example 1).
http://www.kunstpodium.com/portaal/modules/extcal/event.php?event=1
Example2).
http://www.kunstpodium.com/portaal/modules/extcal/event.php?event=2
Exaple 3)
http://www.kunstpodium.com/portaal/modules/extcal/event.php?event=5
Overview events:
http://www.kunstpodium.com/portaal/modules/extcal/year.php

The standard XOOPS setting is english language all over. What I've done is put the Dutch translation of ExtCal within the english language file of extcal. (checked the translation which is correct spelled!)
As you can see there is getting a mixture of english and Dutch at 'event start' and 'event end' within the 'view event'.
Therefore we may conclude it is fetching its translation from several places and mixes them up. Otherwise there should be only english language or only Dutch language visible at eventstart & event end.

Now,........bumping this topic up for the 4th time... has anyone an idea. Do other encounter the same who uses other languages than english?

Grtz., Shine
