Hi guys!

I would like to ask you, if there is a way to disable th pdf function in smartsection. I can't find an option!

do I have to edit the templates?
where?

I think it should be possible to comment that part out... i'll try and check this out for you later, unless another SmartFactory member has chance to first...

Hi GSake,

Edit /smartsection/class/item.php then disable line 476 and 477 like this :
// PDF button
        //$adminLinks .= "<a href='" . SMARTSECTION_URL . "makepdf.php?itemid=" . $this->itemid() . "' target='_blank'><img src='" . SMARTSECTION_URL . "images/links/pdf.gif' title='" . _MD_SSECTION_PDF . "' alt='" . _MD_SSECTION_PDF . "'/></a>";
        //$adminLinks .= " ";

Don't forget to make a careful note of any changes you make in the module, as when an updated version comes out, you would need to re-apply them.

it is really nice to see the spirit of the free community to be working better than the most expensive professional ones...
