Installing Themes

Im a Newbie...and just got my site up and running. I want to change the theme of my site. I have already downloaded a few to try...but I don't know how to do it.

And is there a place to find different templates...

Hope you can help me.

Please just spend 2 minutes reading FAQ and ThemesLibrary right on your left top corner.

When i download a template it is a proper folder.
I want to know how to convert it into a tar.gz format file

Please help me....im new!!

By your question, I figure you are mixing up Themes and templates.

It would be very long to explain when most of the info between the two is present in the FAQ. A little reading and a little Searching when a question arises will speed up your learning.
