Hi,
is it possible, with News 1.42 and CBB 2.30, to auto-create a topic in a specific forum when a news is published?

Or do you know if there's such an hack? It would be great if comment to the news are treated as post in that topic and vice versa.

Hmmm... I have slightly different "discuss in Forum", will update this hack for 1.43 (it's now for 1.31 RC2)

A new module released on the XoopsForge website called article can help you. It does not allow automatic creation of topic but it will allow you to transfer a news article to the forum for discussion. It also allows you to transfer articles to dokuwiki and Xpress. It allows placing a news article in more than one topic and more than one category. This is a module worth looking at.
