What's wrong in firefox?

i set the time zone in XOOPS and my computer
but i open firefox it can't display the correct time and IE can @@

Anyone can tell me why? thanks

Can´t reproduce this.

Are you logged in in one case and the other not?
(so that you profile timezone would have an effect on one of the two)
