yup as mith said, depends where from..
in the uk, that amount would probably be a couple rounds of beers in a pub (4 people a round) it's not a lot to uk users, but maybe a lot to people elsewhere in europe.
if $33 is expensive to you then i don't know really cos of the exchange rates.. and depends exactly on what you want doing, if it's just initial installation and configuration without having do do any extra work involving setting up other modules and themes, then i'd say about £20 uk which would be about $40 US.
but if you want modules setting up and themes doing etc etc then i'd charge you a lot more.
