Hello--I'm new to XOOPS and I found a theme that is just terrific. But I'm really totally stupid when it comes to graphics. Is there anyway to duplicate..something like this? I love the layout and would be willing to pay someone to do this for me. Here is an example of the theme. I'm not interested in the "nature" thing..but just the layout and such...
