Hello,
here two things which i not configure out whats the reason :

1)If the php-debug mode is on the admin page in IE makes reloads an broken pages. Under firework ist works very fine


2) A block with links works fine under IE, but under Firefox he tell me you have no rights ( as webmaster )


Have anyone identical problems or any solution ?

Well I cant say I have had the same problem, however most issues like this are usually simple (and considering how old the message is, possibly fixed). Usually you can try a fresh install of XOOPS (of the latest stable release) failing that we need to know exactly what versions of PHP and MySQL you are using etc, etc...
