Hello,
after I upgrade from 2.0.9.2 to 2.2 it work wonderful but afer 2.2 to 2.2.3 everything look fine afer upgrade didn't given error or anything when I'm log out then log In it only show up blank page nothing in it. So how do I fix this problem I need help asap

Well as stated on the download page, 2.2.3 is a Release Candidate, which means that it is still unstable and not to be used on production sites (it is for testing only).

But for a blank page (any blank page) see this Faq Page.

oh dawn I din't know that it not offical releast yet grr

okie I go in recovery.php and debug now when log in it given this message

The problem is related to the filename. For some reason, nl2br is popping up in strange places. This has been reported and is being addressed. 2.2.3RC2 will be publically released soon and it does not have this problem.
