Want to develop a module to show me more than one block - HOW ?

Hello,
I have a module that let me add pages and html-pages, and sure it gives me a block to show the new pages those i added, well now i want to develop this module to show to me more than ONE block, and to let me choose which block i want to add that page on!
i have that module, and its named "TINY CONTENT", so now who can help me and make what i want on it ?!!
(i have no idea in PHP!!)
and sorry for my english .
