1- How can I show the latest message in [GuestBook] on a Block ?
2- When I build block for a module, so now How can I rebuild another block for same module with ANOTHER content ?!!
3- How can I Convert [newBB] to [vBulletin] ??

You may want to visit the Module Dev Forge. There is quite a bit of information there about developing modules.

Check with the team athttp://www.bbpixel.com/. If there is a way to do it, they've probably found it.
