Hi,

after new fresh install XOOPS 2.0.13.1 i cannot install and use news modules. I got too this errors

This is a problem with file permissions. If you unzip it on a linux box the permission are not correct. There are instructions on how to fix it on Module Dev Site. by gravies. I find it easiest to unzip it on a windows box and then upload.

I wish the developer could package it correctly.
