why after install debaser still can;t use??

when i click administration or player it will display something like this.
why????
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /modules/debaser/admin/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

make sure you have uploaded all the files, and that all permission settings on the server side (ie: niet XOOPS permissions, but apache permissions) are set correctly.

The message you're recieving is a server generated message, not a XOOPS one.
