I alreay intstll the xoopspoll. can but is start a new topic not add new polls. Why???

Have you enabled 'New Poll' for the forum you are trying to add it to?

Thats correct, after putting some text in the post and submitting it the next screen should be the Polls configuration page.

Do you have the xoopsPoll module installed, it is needed for this feature (not included by default in XOOPS version 2.2).
