Upload files option on static content pages.

Hello. I am using Content 0.5 for my static pages, but I need the ability for users to upload files (.pdf, .doc, etc) to certain pages. Is there an easy way for this to be done? I would think it would be pretty common.

Well the Downloads Module is really the only way for users to submit files, etc.
